Original oil on box canvas, 18"x22" Weight before packaging; 980g (~2.16lbs)
Painted from a picture taken one Christmas morning depicting a touching moment between a bi-colour ragdoll cat (Perkins) and a bearded dragon (Heather), both pets that live, and have lived, with the artist. The unusual title of the piece was, rightly or wrongly, named after an incidental piece of background detail that in particular, stuck in the artist's mind during painting.

This beautiful painting of two friends is a master work of color and brush work. It takes a real artistic gift to paint the subtle rose of the chair and soft seal colors on the kitty with the light touch of the brush work. I love this charming painting!
